Summer Bridge Math + ELA Bundle for Students Entering Grades 3–6
Give families a clearer place to begin summer review. The Summer Bridge Mega Bundle brings together four Math + ELA packets, so you can select the transition that fits: entering 3rd, 4th, 5th, or 6th grade.
Four packets for four grade transitions
The bundle’s title uses the grade students are going into. Its Grades 2–5 highlight refers to the grades students are completing. Choose the packet by the upcoming grade, then review the work against the learner’s current skills.
Finishing 2nd grade: Going Into 3rd Grade Summer Packet.
Finishing 3rd grade: Going Into 4th Grade Summer Packet.
Finishing 4th grade: Going Into 5th Grade Summer Packet.
Finishing 5th grade: Going Into 6th Grade Summer Packet.
What comes in each packet
Each packet includes a teacher guide, parent letter, pacing overview, daily Math + ELA review pages, support pages, and an answer key. The full collection has 132 pages. The four component packets are labeled Google Apps on TPT; check the previews and access instructions for the files you plan to use.
The parent letter and pacing overview give you materials to review when explaining the plan to families. You still decide which work to assign, how much is appropriate, and what support a student may need.
When the full bundle makes sense
Consider the bundle when you support students moving into more than one grade or want several levels available for future planning. If you only need one transition, compare the individual packet with the full collection before buying.
Do not choose solely by the grade label. Look at the sample work, consider the skills the student has practiced, and adjust the pace where needed. Check the license terms before sharing materials across classrooms or a school team.
Turn a packet into a manageable plan
Begin with the relevant packet and review the included guidance. Choose a realistic place and routine for practice, explain how the answer key will be used, and make it clear what a learner should do when a question is difficult.
One useful routine is to review a completed page together, discuss a tricky answer, and note a topic that needs another explanation. Set the amount of practice around the child’s needs and the selected work. A short, workable plan is easier to explain and revisit than an unspecified stack of pages.
The preparation time behind a summer review plan
Teachers may end up locating separate activities, writing directions for families, and checking answers during an already busy end of term. Families can spend their own time deciding what to practice and whether it is the right level.
The bundle brings the practice and family guidance together, leaving you to choose the level and tailor the plan. Compare its current price with the time you would spend assembling those pieces yourself. The value depends on whether you need the included transitions and will use the materials.
Choose summer review or school-year practice
Use this collection when planning a summer handoff or reviewing options for the next grade transition. For ongoing classroom practice, explore the Daily Math Spiral Review Journal or browse Math, ELA & Review resources.
Questions before you choose
Is it for current 3rd–6th graders? The packets are named for students going into those grades, typically after completing 2nd–5th. Review the actual work to make the final choice.
Are answer keys included? Yes. Each packet includes an answer key.
Do I need all four levels? Only if the coverage fits your needs. Compare the individually listed packets when one grade transition is enough.
Does it prevent summer learning loss? The packets provide structured opportunities to practice. Progress depends on the learner, the work selected, and the support they receive. Use completed work to notice questions and adjust the plan; a packet alone cannot guarantee retention or readiness.
Where do I see the current price and files? TPT provides the current offer, previews, access information, and applicable license terms. Review those before purchasing.
